AZERBAIJAN LAW JOURNAL

The "Azerbaijan Law Journal," founded by the Faculty of Law of Baku State University, has been published as a scientific-practical law journal since 2002.
The journal is registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It is included in the list of periodical scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for publishing the main results of dissertations in the country.
Until 2018, the journal was published four times a year, and since 2018, it has been published three times a year.
The journal features scholarly articles on various fields of legal science, focusing on theoretical and practical issues. The acceptance of articles for publication is based on factors such as novelty, relevance, significance for international and national legal systems, and the results obtained.
The main objectives of the journal include the development of legal science, legal education, and the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Scientific articles are reviewed for uniqueness using anti-plagiarism software and are assessed by recognized experts in the relevant field. Only after receiving positive reviews are the articles submitted to the Editorial Board for discussion, and upon the Board's positive decision, they are published.
Scientific articles are published primarily in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, as well as in other languages recommended by the Editorial Board.
